| back | Eva Schmidt, born and currently residing in Austin, Texas, has been a photographer most of her life. She enrolled in the Plan II Honors program at the University of Texas at Austin in 1997 and began her double major in Studio Art the following year. In college she worked at the student radio station, KVRX, and traveled as often as possible including to the Summer in Italy Program at Santa Chiara. She graduated in summer 2002 and pursues work in the local visual art scene while working full-time at UT as a web designer. Eva is trying to gain additional exposure with local and national audiences by working through web and print medias and she is very interested in collaborations with other artists. She is considering graduate school in a few semesters but who isn’t, right? | |
